INNOTEX INTERNATIONAL,
Commenced Business, January 2nd 1988 and was then registered
as INNOTEX INT'L CO. Our main activity then was
buying from Onitsha and selling at kaduna. This was done for a
few years. As we were able to increase our capital base, We graduated
to making business journeys to lagos with the singular purpose
of purchasing more goods that were not in our collections.
In April 1991, It was incorporated (RC 162962) as INNOTEX INT'L CO. LTD with 3 directors namely; Mr Innocent Ogbuji as Chairman/Managing Director, Mr E.O Damian: Director, Ogbuji C. Innocent (jnr):Director. Between the above date and 1996 we continued with our local buying and selling kind off business. Our mission: is basically to make available by importation or otherwise
the much needed machineries, tools, spare parts and equipments by
organisations and individuals for the industrial and economic growth of
Nigeria."
Our vision: is to go into the manufacture and/or production of some of
the items we deal on in no distance future."
